I am a music educator at a high school in Fremont, CA. After a few years of teaching guitar, and loads of research, I know what I need to teach my guitar classes. I also know what would have helped me get to this point quicker and with less stress.
I want to work with fellow educators to build a community that develops and shares resources and ideas, helps steer guitar education, and ultimately creates a curriculum that empowers educators with the tools needed to effectively teach groups of students with different music abilities, varying previous experience with guitar, and different paces of learning in a school setting.
